Are you a compassionate and dedicated **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)** who enjoys helping others? Join our Assisted Living community, where you'll build lasting relationships with residents while providing exceptional care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. ### Responsibilities: - Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. - Provide compassionate support, supervision, and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life. - Administer routine medications in accordance with state guidelines, as permitted by certification and community policy. - Observe residents and promptly report changes in their physical or emotional well-being. - Assist with developing and updating individualized resident service plans. - Communicate professionally and effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members. - Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while encouraging residents' independence and dignity. ### Qualifications: - Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. - Successful completion of all required training courses. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - A compassionate, patient, and dependable individual who enjoys working with older adults. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated caregiving team. ### Shift: - Part-time 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Every Other Weekend Required
