Ihre Aufgaben Bearbeitung von Werkstücken nach Zeichnung und CNC-Programmen Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Fräsmaschinen Optimierung von CNC-Programmen und Bearbeitungsabläufen Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Werker-Selbstprüfung Unterstützung bei Werkzeug- und Prozessoptimierungen Durchführung einfacher Wartungsarbeiten gemäß Vorgaben Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Fachrichtung Frästechnik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen wünschenswert Technisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit Wir bieten Tarifgebundene Vergütung einschließlich Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld Langfristige Perspektiven in einem internationalen Maschinenbauunternehmen Attraktive Zusatzleistungen Entwicklungs- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
