To learn more, visit [****](http://wearedream.org/)**.** Depending on school level, the **Assistant Coach** reports to the High School Athletics Manager or Middle School Dean of Student Life and serves as the on-site leader responsible for upholding all DREAM expectations, policies, and youth development standards. The assistant Coach is responsible for building a strong team culture, supporting athlete development and safety, and leading program execution during all practices and games. ### Interest in joining our Athletics Team **If you’re interested in joining our Athletics team for the 2026-27 school year, we’d love to get to know more about you. The rate for incoming assistant Coaches who are also DREAM full-time staff is a **$3,000 per-season stipend**.
