Depending on school level, the **Assistant Coach** reports to the High School Athletics Manager or Middle School Dean of Student Life and serves as the on-site leader responsible for upholding all DREAM expectations, policies, and youth development standards. The assistant Coach is responsible for building a strong team culture, supporting athlete development and safety, and leading program execution during all practices and games.

### Compensation
The rate for incoming Assistant Coaches is **$30 per hour**. The rate for incoming assistant Coaches who are also DREAM full-time staff is a **$3,000 per-season stipend**.
