We will not move forward with candidates who do not reside in New York or Connecticut.POSITION SUMMARY:We’re seeking a Coaching Manager to support the growth, development, and operations of our coaching team. This role combines recruitment, staffing, coach engagement, and hands-on coaching to ensure every class runs smoothly and maintains the highest standards. Strong leadership and communication skills — able to motivate and guide coaches and children alike. Experience managing or training teams, ideally within youth development or sports settings. Reliable transportation to travel between program sites. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, especially under time-sensitive conditions. Comfortable working hands-on in both administrative and on-field coaching roles. Availability on weekdays and weekends, as needed for classes, events, or coverage. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Instructors teach the fundamentals of 10 different sports in a non-competitive environment, while also incorporating lessons about nutrition and muscle groups to enhance motor skills and physical literacy.Across 32 states and internationally, Amazing Athletes classes are offered at pre-schools, daycare centers, churches, community centers, parks, and more. Our weekly sports lessons consist of soccer, hockey, volleyball, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, football, track and field, baseball, and golf. Obstacle courses, along with speed and agility training, are all part of the fun! Our programs include Amazing Tots (18mo - 2.5 years), the classic Amazing Athletes curriculum (2.5 - 6 years), and Amazing Athletes P.E. (ages 5-12).
