Qualifications
- 1–2 years of campaign, organizing, nonprofit, advocacy, or community engagement experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced campaign environment
- Passion for coalition-building, community engagement, and Texas politics
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Familiarity with GSuite, Microsoft Office, and organizing tools preferred
- Access to reliable transportation
