The Federal Work Study Students for the Office of Student Government and Leadership Development will provide the utmost level of customer service for the Student Union main office. We seek students who are engaging, kind, welcoming, and enjoy championing a peaceful, and friendly work environment while serving as student ambassadors for their respective campuses. Position Summary Working out of our campus student union offices, your responsibilities will include: Answering and transferring calls on multi-line phone Retrieving and responding to voicemails Filing paperwork, data entry, and archiving files Assisting walk-in students Creating and monitoring social media posts Participating and assisting in campus events Creating student and staff ID cards Posting and taking down flyers Attending student government meetings as needed Participating in campus wide committees and events Assisting with leadership program promotions Other office related duties as assigned Our services benefit : CSN students and staff.
