Job description
Bolster is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Account Executive to acquire new customers within the commercial market. This individual will own the full sales cycle, develop relationships with technical and business decision-makers, and demonstrate how Bolster’s solutions help organizations reduce fraud, protect revenue, and preserve customer trust. The ideal candidate has a successful record of selling SaaS or cybersecurity solutions, generating pipeline, and closing new business in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote (U.S. only) Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas or provide employment-based immigration support for this position now or in the future. ### What You’ll Do - Own the complete sales process from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing new commercial customers. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partner relationships, and collaboration with the Business Development team. - Understand each prospect’s cybersecurity challenges and demonstrate how Bolster protects brands and customers from phishing, impersonation, scams, and digital fraud. - Develop trusted relationships with Chief Information Security Officers, security leaders, fraud teams, brand protection teams, information technology leaders, and executive decision makers. - Maintain accurate customer information and sales forecasts while partnering with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and company leadership. - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast information in Salesforce. ### What We’re Looking For - 4+ years of B2B technology sales experience, including experience managing a full SaaS sales cycle. - Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quota and closing commercial or mid-market customers. - Experience selling cybersecurity, fraud prevention, brand protection, threat intelligence, or similar solutions. - Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
