Strong working knowledge of commercial construction scheduling, subcontractor procurement, buyout, contracts, and change order management. Experience with AIA contracts, owner and subcontractor pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and closeout. Ability to manage multiple project priorities independently while maintaining financial and schedule accountability. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work from the Raleigh office and visit project sites as needed.
