Base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience Quarterly performance bonus of 2.5% to 5% tied to project profitability Estimated total annual compensation of up to $120,000 for eligible employees based on performance Office based position in Alvarado, TX, with travel to project sites across the United States Medical insurance with 70% of the employee premium covered after 90 days Dental and vision insurance $50,000 in company paid life insurance, with options to increase coverage Paid time off to support work life balance Consistent pipeline of commercial construction projects Stable team environment with strong employee retention Why You'll Love It Here Join a commercial construction company that values accountability and follows through on commitments Work with leadership that provides clear expectations and supports your success Build your career with a company that is growing its reputation in the commercial construction industry Make a visible impact through your decisions, project management, and day to day leadership Collaborate with a team focused on quality construction and successful project delivery Your New Role Manage 3 to 7 commercial construction projects simultaneously, depending on project size and complexity, while based in Alvarado, TX Lead commercial projects valued from $100,000 to $5 million through preconstruction, construction, and project closeout Build and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, and scopes of work Coordinate daily project needs with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants Manage essential construction documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track project progress and help ensure work meets quality standards, safety requirements, building codes, and applicable regulations Visit project sites to evaluate schedules, project standards, and safety practices Communicate with clients and internal teams, provide project updates, and work through issues that could affect successful delivery Lead project closeout, including punch lists, inspections, as builts, and warranties Hiring Expectations : Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. 3 or more years of commercial construction assistant project management experience, or 2 or more years of commercial construction project management experience Commercial ground up construction experience Experience managing project budgets, construction schedules, and subcontractor coordination Ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Working knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry practices Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Alvarado, TX OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification with company support Commercial Interior Solutions & Construction, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
