Support commercial strategy engagements including segmentation, positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market planning. Conduct market and competitor analyses using public sources and client data to generate clear, decision-ready insights. Design and support initiatives that improve sales and marketing effectiveness, including customer engagement and operating model improvements. Develop dashboards and measurement approaches that track performance and enable continuous improvement. Prepare executive-level presentations and facilitate alignment across commercial stakeholders. Work in cross-functional teams to connect commercial needs with medical, market access, and technology considerations. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field At least two years of experience in consulting or in a Life Sciences organization in sales, marketing, brand management, commercial excellence, or related areas. Strong analytical skills with proven ability to convert data into insights and recommendations. Very good English communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced project environment.
