JOB DESCRIPTION Your role We are looking for an Assistant Commercial Effectiveness Manager who will build and develop sales analysis, process and operation management, sales force productivity and capability development related infrastructures, databases, programs. Uplift the whole sales organizations’ execution effectiveness and efficiency to continuously drive performance improvement. Main responsibilities: 1. Sales Performance Analytics Develop, maintain, and automate sales performance dashboards (KPIs: sales achievement, growth rate, productivity per rep, call-to-order conversion, market share, etc.). Conduct periodic performance deep-dives (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across regions, products, and customer segments. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and finance to support target setting, resource allocation, and forecasting. Establish a single source of truth for sales performance data by integrating data from internal systems. Prepare business review decks and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making. 2. Incentive Compensation Management Design and maintain sales incentive compensation plans aligned with commercial strategy (e.g., bonus/commission structures, payout curves, performance thresholds). Lead the monthly/quarterly incentive calculation process – ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of payouts. Partner with Finance to provision, validate, and reconcile incentive accruals and actual payouts. Act as the primary contact for sales reps and managers on incentive plan interpretation, dispute resolution, and exception handling. Conduct plan effectiveness analysis (e.g., ROI of incentive spend, plan leakage, fairness, and alignment with business goals) and recommend adjustments for the next cycle. Maintain incentive governance documentation (plan documents, approval records, audit trails). Main requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry or multinational medical companies (experience in sales effectiveness excellence roles is a plus; familiarity with incentive plan design is preferred). Strong communication skills and modest attitude is required. A collaborative mindset, combined with sharp commercial acumen, are essential — with the ability to translate data-driven insights into tangible business impact. Excellent cross-BU data analytics capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas) and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is required. Knowledge of SQL or Python is considered an advantage. Fluent English in both written and spoken forms is a must.
