Commercial Electrical Project Manager

### **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced **Electrical Project Manager** with a strong background in **commercial electrical construction** to lead and oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope. ### Responsibilities: - Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts - Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility - Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams - Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders - Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and cost overruns - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations - Oversee procurement of materials and equipment - Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals - Track labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Support estimating team during bid and preconstruction phases as needed
