You will represent UiPath in the market as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and customer stories that position us as a leader in enterprise AI. - You will work closely with partners and systems integrators to **identify expansion opportunities** and ensure customers are set up for long-term success. Internally, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to maximize customer value and progress deals effectively. - You will stay close to market developments, competitors, and emerging AI use cases in order to anticipate customer needs and create demand. # **What you'll bring to the team** - Proven experience in **expanding existing accounts and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities** - A competitive track record of demonstrating an **expansion-first mindset** and building deep customer relationships - Curious about AI and emerging technology and can explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way - Strong account planning discipline, take a research-driven approach to your territory, and proactively identify opportunities through business-led conversations - Confident navigating complex customer organizations, building relationships across functions and seniority levels, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and partners - Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality #LIWJ27 # Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned. Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done.
