What You'll Get $28-$42 per hour based on experience Weekly pay Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Overtime opportunities available Company vehicle and gas card Company-provided phone On-call rotation every 3 weeks Additional $200 bonus for emergency calls billed after 4 PM Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid dental and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid holidays and PTO $200 annual boot voucher Uniforms and safety gear provided Personal tool replacement program Company-paid Journeyman and EPA testing costs Why Technicians Choose Morris Heating & Cooling Put your commercial HVAC/R experience to work with an established company that provides a steady flow of service calls Work for leadership that understands the realities of HVAC, refrigeration, and field service Get hands-on experience with a wide variety of commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems Keep advancing your trade with ongoing training and support for industry certifications Take ownership of your work in the field while having an experienced team ready to back you up Build a long-term career serving commercial customers throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky What You'll Do Work as a Commercial HVAC/R Technician in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a service area covering Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Service rooftop units, air handlers, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, and related commercial equipment Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment inspections to identify issues before they become costly breakdowns Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling, and refrigeration system problems Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation accurately Respond to emergency service calls as part of the scheduled on-call rotation Follow company safety procedures and applicable HVAC/R industry standards What You Need 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience Hands-on experience servicing walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment Strong mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and problem-solving skills EPA Certification preferred Journeyman license preferred but not required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to participate in the on-call rotation Hiring Process Apply today Complete a quick phone screening Interview with the team Start your next opportunity with Morris Heating & Cooling Morris Heating & Cooling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
