Commercial Plasterer Company: RL James Exteriors Department: Field Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Requisition Type: Evergreen / Ongoing Hiring Position Summary Commercial Plastering is always looking for skilled and motivated Commercial Plasterers to join our growing team. This evergreen posting allows us to connect with qualified candidates for current and future commercial plastering opportunities. The Commercial Plasterer will support the installation, repair, and finishing of exterior plaster systems on commercial projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, understands the importance of attention to detail, and works safely and efficiently as part of a professional construction team. Responsibilities Install, apply, and finish commercial plaster and exterior coating systems Prepare surfaces and materials for plaster application Mix, apply, and finish plaster materials according to project requirements Perform repairs, patching, and touch-up work as needed Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout projects Follow job site safety requirements and company procedures Work collaboratively with crew members, supervisors, and other trades Maintain clean and organized work areas Assist with material handling, setup, and general job site duties as needed Qualifications Experience with commercial plastering, stucco, or exterior finishing systems preferred Knowledge of plaster application techniques and tools is an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work safely at heights and on active construction sites Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically capable of performing construction-related tasks Willingness to learn and develop skills within the trade Valid driver’s license is an asset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Opportunities for career growth and skill development Consistent opportunities with a growing construction company Professional, team-oriented work environment The opportunity to work on quality commercial projects Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.
