Secure follow-up work with existing clients based on past performance. - Lead and delegate project teams by providing guidance and direction. - Qualify bids and collaborate with the Estimating team through Bid reviews - Oversee performance of projects to ensure safety, quality, profitability and timely execution of work. - Provide supervision, training, development, and performance management of direct reports including performance reviews. - Ensure effective scheduling of all items/actions required to complete a project on time and on budget. - Establish and maintain client relationships and develop a high level of trust and credibility with clients, alliance partners, subcontractors and project teams. - Meet with the branch management team to review project financials and overall progress of division. Identify any projects that may be in trouble and resolution for getting back on track. - Report identified potential business risk elements and design and implement mitigation efforts. - Build and maintain relationships between industry leaders, associations and organizations. - Exercise global decision making by considering other departments within the company such as project management, sales, estimating, accounting, purchasing, etc. - Monitor and report on operational activities, staff and budget projections. **Skills and Qualifications** - Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus - 10 or more years of experience in Commercial Roofing industry preferred - Strong people skills including abilities to teach, coach and mentor - B.S. degree in Business, Construction Management or related educational field preferred - Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems required - Knowledge of sheet metal work is an asset - Knowledge of roofing systems required (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.) - Accounting knowledge required - Engineering and/or drafting experience a plus - Computer proficiency in (Bluebeam and MS Suite) and ability to learn new Project management software’s as well as proprietary Flynn software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while providing exemplary customer service.
