This is an on-site position with local travel to job sites using a company-provided vehicle, offering the opportunity to build a long-term career in roofing while making a direct impact in the field. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead daily job site operations for commercial roofing projects, ensuring efficiency and quality - Lead and coordinate crews to complete roofing installations and repairs safely and on schedule - Lead safety initiatives and enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all roofing activities - Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control on all commercial roofing work - Lead communication between field teams, management, and customers to ensure strong customer service - Lead performance through coaching, accountability, and team development **Qualifications** - 2+ years of commercial roofing experience - 1–2 years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectively - Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems - Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely - Valid driver’s license - Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen - Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service **Work Environment** - This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites - Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment. - Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. - Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs **Driving** - Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
