Job Description General Characteristics (Job Summary) Key role of Commissioning field activities in Engineering & Construction Project Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start Up activities in Field & Control Room. Roles & Responsibilities Management & Coordination for Pre-commissioning Sub-contractors. Prepare the RFQ (Request for Quotation) Documentations. Review Contract. Claim control for Sub-contractors. Sub-contractor’s invoices for payment control. Incoming / Outgoing correspondence control. Sub-contractor’s weekly progress Control & Reporting. Qualifications Experience Project based commissioning experience gained within the Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry Knowledge. Knowledge on overall commissioning. Excellent communication and management skills with proven ability of leadership. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and knowledge of international standard used in engineering is necessary.
