The Communications Manager plays a critical role in translating brand and consumer experience strategies into executable plans and integrated consumer-facing experiences. Acting as the operational hub across internal teams and agency partners, this role is responsible for coordinating and driving the end-to-end delivery of campaign & always-on experience initiatives. The role brings structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects, ensuring activities are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. We're looking for a highly organised self-starter who naturally takes ownership and drives work forward. You thrive on bringing structure to complexity, building delivery plans, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Comfortable working independently, you're proactive, solutions-oriented and energised by turning strategy into action through clear plans, strong organisation and exceptional follow-through. **Note:** It is a 12-month fixed term Parental leave cover role.
