You're energized by being out in the community, creating memorable experiences, and representing a brand you believe in. You bring: - Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. - A passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed. ### Why This Role Matters The General Manager is responsible for leading the studio. The Community Lead is responsible for growing the community around it. Together, these roles create the culture, energy, and member experience that define JETSET Pilates. If you're excited by the opportunity to launch new markets, build meaningful relationships, and help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands, we'd love to meet you.
