**Community Referral Specialist** Greater Goals ABA Corp | $60,000/Year + Commission | Full-Time Families searching for autism and behavioral health services often don't know where to start. This role exists to close that gap — connecting schools, pediatricians, and community organizations with the care families need, one relationship at a time. We're looking for someone who's spent time building pipelines, not just filling them — someone who understands that trust is the real currency in this work. **What You'll Do:** - Conduct 12–15 in-person visits daily, targeting 8–10 substantive referral conversations - Guide new client leads from first contact through active service - Coordinate with intake teams to keep the pipeline accurate and moving - Support RBT/BCBA staffing needs and bridge field-to-HQ communication - Develop long-term partnerships with schools, physicians, and community organizations - Report weekly on outreach activity and pipeline metrics **What We're Looking For:** - Experience in outreach, business development, or client acquisition - A track record managing a referral or sales pipeline - Strong self-management and accountability in a field-based role - Natural relationship-building skills and follow-through - ABA or behavioral health industry knowledge (preferred, not required) **What We Offer:** - Competitive base salary plus commission - Flexible, field-based schedule - Mileage and expense reimbursement - Growth opportunities within the organization - A mission-driven team focused on measurable impact Join a team that measures success one family at a time. *Greater Goals ABA Corp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.*
