Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with compliance considerations. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance in business operations. Handle compliance investigations and assist in resolving compliance issues. Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management. Requirements Law degree from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal counsel with a focus on compliance. Solid knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices. Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
