Compliance Officer (Six figure salary)

As the new Compliance Officer, your role will include: You will act as the registered Compliance Officer with the CSSF and act as the key point of contact for the CSSF representing the business You will oversee a broad range of compliance aspects for the Luxembourg entity Active mitigation of compliance and controlling risks by developing procedures and ensuring these are implemented effectively throughout the business Reporting to senior stakeholders within the business and developing long term relationships Compliance Officer requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience explicitly within the fund management industry Excellent background of compliance or risk/control Strong team building skills Extensive experience within the Luxembourg market Fluent English. Fluent French preferable The level at which you will join the company is negotiable; there is remit to take on a junior candidate of around 5 years experience, or a much more senior profile. Consequently, the salary available will be dependant upon experience, but could be as high as 100k EUR. My client is a global financial services institution that provides a number of products to clients in over 50 countries around the world. There is a requirement to strengthen the compliance team in their Luxembourg entity ASAP.
