Component Quality Assurance Engineer 1

Job description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field. Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply! At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing company is an advantage. Internship, academic projects, or coursework related to quality assurance, product validation, or process improvement is an advantage. Basic knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and manufacturing processes . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results, document findings, and suggest improvements . Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements or other quality standards (training or coursework acceptable). Exposure to the automotive industry or supplier quality processes is a plus but not required. Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office Applications . OTHER COMPETENCIES: Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptable, flexible, and willing to learn new tools and methodologies. Demonstrates openness, honesty, and integrity in all dealings. Confident yet thoughtful in decision-making, even under pressure.
