Conservation Architect

Qualification* Post Graduation in Conservation ArchitectureExperience* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.Key Responsibilities* Prepare and review conservation and heritage architecture proposals.* Develop architectural conservation frameworks for heritage and special regulation areas.* Support preparation of Master Plans with heritage-sensitive planning approaches.* Coordinate with urban planners, architects, government authorities, and stakeholders on conservation-related works.* Conduct heritage assessments, documentation, and conservation studies.* Ensure compliance with architectural conservation guidelines and heritage regulations.* Prepare technical reports, drawings, and conservation recommendations.Mandatory Requirements* Candidate should have been involved in: * Architectural conservation, * Framing special architectural regulations for heritage areas, * And related works, for at least one Master Plan in the last 5 years.Kannada Speaking Preferred.Preferred Skills* Knowledge of heritage conservation practices and urban regulations* Experience in heritage precinct planning and restoration concepts* Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills* Ability to work in multidisciplinary planning teams
