- Manage changes in scope, substitutions, pricing updates, and delivery adjustments; document and communicate impacts and approvals to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready procurement records (pricing, correspondence, approvals, and compliance documentation)
- Monitor market conditions and cost drivers to support budgeting, risk mitigation, and cost reduction strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve invoice discrepancies, backorders, and quality issues quickly and professionally
- Use systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint and FMIS to enter, track, and report purchasing activity with strong data integrity
- Exhibit strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a project environment
### Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement/supply chain supporting construction or industrial projects
- Prior experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Experience negotiating pricing, delivery, and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors
- Demonstrated experience with procurement practices, supplier management, and documentation controls (purchase orders, RFQs, approvals, audit-ready records)
- Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems and strong Excel/Office skills; comfort working with data to support decisions
### Preferred Qualifications:
