Construction Coordinator Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator in New York City (Brooklyn) to help coordinate access for various telecommunications projects. This role combines field and office responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Act as the building liaison for NYC cable construction activity. Coordinate building work by researching building contacts, scheduling appointments, and completing property management requirements. Occasional fieldwork is needed. Juggle multiple projects daily and work with various teams to meet our client’s deadlines. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Three (3) years of experience in telecom or cable construction. Experience with contractors and coordinating multi-site projects Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Preferred college degree. Sensational communication skills (great role for a people-person). Positive, engaging attitude. Organized, meticulous work ethic. Ability to work both independently and with various personalities & teams. Thorough problem-solving abilities. Work Environment This hybrid requires work in the field and in the office. Field work includes walking sites, climbing stairs, and engaging directly with teams and clients. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
