You will teach students across topics including: - Basic electricity - Electrical wiring methods - Electric services - Conduit installation methods - Motor principles - Electrical controls - Life safety systems - Construction safety practices This role combines technical expertise, mentorship, and hands-on instruction to prepare students for successful careers in the electrical and construction trades industry. **Schedule:** - Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm - 11:30 pm **Key Responsibilities** - Teach electrical trades classes on a regularly scheduled basis - Create a welcoming and engaging learning environment for students - Deliver hands-on instruction in classroom and lab settings - Assist with curriculum development and course material preparation - Maintain classroom tools, lab equipment, and instructional materials - Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress - Submit evaluations, reports, and required documentation on time - Support student retention and academic success initiatives - Participate in instructor training, faculty meetings, and professional development - Assist with equipment and supply inventory management - Communicate student attendance concerns and performance issues to leadership - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment - Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership **Qualifications** **Education**
