Requirements of a Construction Lead- Bath & Shower Installer:2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling. Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred.Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.Ability to interact professionally with Customers. Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress. Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer. For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a background and DMV check. Requirements of a Construction Lead- Bath & Shower Installer:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
