In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete construction lifecycle of significant infrastructure projects, managing complex logistics, coordinating multiple contractors, and ensuring seamless execution across all project phases. The ideal candidate will bring strategic execution expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to delivering projects on time and within budget. Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, identify critical paths, and manage construction sequencing across multiple work fronts and disciplines Coordinate and supervise multi-contractor teams, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) partners, ensuring disciplined work front control and effective labor deployment Monitor and manage manpower and equipment allocation, addressing productivity constraints and optimizing resource utilization across project sites Conduct regular site inspections and field observations, working collaboratively with civil, electrical, quality assurance, health and safety, and commissioning teams Maintain rigorous quality control and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards Manage project documentation, including look-ahead plans, completion status reports, punch lists, and handover readiness confirmations Identify and escalate material, design, safety, quality, and interface constraints to senior leadership in a timely manner Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams Analyze project performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum and achieve organizational goals Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance across all construction activities and work sites Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive construction experience in heavy infrastructure projects Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale construction projects with complex multi-contractor coordination Demonstrated expertise in civil and electrical infrastructure development Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and critical path analysis Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a decisive approach to addressing challenges Proficiency in construction management software and project planning tools Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance **Preferred Qualifications:** Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential Experience with large-scale infrastructure or industrial construction projects Familiarity with regulatory compliance and permitting processes Experience with vendor and supplier management Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies in construction environments Background in managing projects with complex stakeholder requirements Experience with innovative construction methodologies and technologies Additional Information This position does not offer sponsorship.
