The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various construction projects, from inception to completion.Projects will include tenant improvements, renovation, infrastructure, site work, etc at CSULB. Responsible for project document control, i.e. RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, etc. Organize and maintain project files Assist CM with change order management. The PE shall be able to independently review change order requests for merit and fair pricing, and prepare change orders for processing. Manage the closeout and turn over process. Assist CM to prepare project files for CSU system audit at project completion. Site conditions verification and support as needed.
