Drive punch lists through to a clean final walkthrough. - **Client Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear, proactive updates on progress, changes, and costs. Resolve concerns promptly, assist with collections when needed. ### Qualifications & Requirements - **Licensing:** Active or an expired CSLB Class B (General Building) license that can readily be reactivated is required. - **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of residential construction project management, including kitchen and bath remodeling. - **Field Credibility:** Real hands-on experience in the trades (cabinetry, flooring, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical) and the presence to direct general contractors and trades with confidence. - **Technical Proficiency:** Skilled in reading plans, construction drawings, and cabinet layouts, as well as estimating, job costing, and BuilderTrend or similar software. - **Multi-Project Management:** Proven ability to manage multiple active jobs at once with close attention to detail. - **Client & Team Leadership:** Strong communication and customer management skills, with a visible, positive presence in dealing with external parties.
