Your journey with us Our Immigration Team takes on the challenge of navigating the complexities of moving across borders, ensuring smooth, compliant transitions—whether it's for a Talent with family on the move or handling crises like the war in Ukraine. We are currently looking to hire an (experienced) Consultant within our IMSS (Immigration & Social Security) practice. You are responsible for the day-to-day deliverables of your clients which involves advisory around inbound and outbound immigration and social security formalities, as well as compliance assistance (application for work permits, A1 forms etc…) You support the engagement team in providing excellent client service You establish a progressive working relationship with the client, allowing you to grow into a trusted advisor role with your clients in the future You gain hands on experience in Deloitte’s technology systems You are committed to delivering work within the agreed timeframe and budget with your clients You participate in ad-hoc as well as service-wide trainings to solidify you growing technical as well as soft skills Let’s talk about you Degree educated, preferably with a (para-) legal background. Desire to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with good organisational skills and a good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Detail-oriented, flexible, mature, and highly client-focused. Works well within a team and is self-motivated to drive activities to completion. Eagerness to learn and adapt knowledge to new situations, focused on applying, implementing, and improving best practice processes. First-hand experience in immigration or international social security, fluent in Dutch or French as well as English. Supporting your mobile workforce around the globe!
