The opportunity : Consultant-National-SaT-SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy - New Delhi National : National comprises of sector agnostic teams working across industries for a well rounded experience. SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy : Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today’s toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Strong consulting expertise in corporate strategy engagements, with the ability to structure analyses and deliver actionable recommendations. Hands-on experience in M&A advisory, including transaction support, valuation inputs, and strategic assessment. Proficient in operational due diligence to evaluate target company performance, risks, and synergy opportunities. Skilled in integrations and separations planning, with exposure to end-to-end deal execution and transition support. Competent in program management and financial analysis to track workstreams, assess business cases, and support decision-making. Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Master of Business Administration Experience Financial Analysis (3+ years) Business Intelligence (3+ years) What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
