Company Description We’re expanding our Transaction & Investor Services (TIS) team across all levels and are hiring Consultants and Senior Consultants with proven experience in commercial due diligence and private equity value creation. Candidates need to have 2-5 years of consulting experience working for private equity clients within the UK. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to deepen their exposure to high-impact transactions while growing alongside an ambitious, collaborative team. ✨ Why join us?
