Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and supplier performance to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder alignment. Consulting & Problem Solving: Analyse business, operational, and technical challenges to develop actionable recommendations, implementation plans, and practical solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage Visa capabilities, products, Value-Added Services, and broader ecosystem expertise to deliver measurable client value. Create compelling presentations, decision papers, and executive recommendations while contributing to delivery methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Business Development: Identify engagement opportunities and support account growth activities. Contribute to proposal development, solution design, scope definition, and pricing discussions. Collaborate with Account Executives, VCA, Product, and Sales teams to expand client value and drive revenue growth. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment, providing direction, structure, and oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle. Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, knowledge sharing, and professional development support.
