This role is the contact point to serve customers in both mass and VIP groups by determining requirements; Answering incoming calls from customers to take orders; responding inquiries; resolving troubleshoot problems; fulfilling requests; providing information; and maintaining database to enhance customer service. Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc Handle customer interactions across multiple communication channels (e.g., phone, email, chat, social media, etc.) with high accuracy and professionalism. Coordinate with relevant departments to follow up and provide timely updates to customers, ensuring resolution within agreed turnaround time (TAT). Accurately document customer interactions and update systems in accordance with standard operating procedures. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and insights for service improvement. Performance & Process Improvement: Meet productivity and service quality standards across all channels, including timely and professional email responses. Customer Feedback Collection: Regularly conduct satisfaction surveys and gather customer feedback to support continuous service improvement. Job Requirements / Yêu cầu – Have experience in Call Center- Có kinh nghiệm về Call Center Qualifications / Bằng cấp Mandatory / Bắt buộc: College graduate or higher / Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên Experiences / Kinh nghiệm : Mandatory / Bắt buộc: Experience working at a contact call center / Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại trung tâm chăm sóc khách hàng qua điện thoại / Ưu tiên : Experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus / Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành bảo hiểm hoặc tài chính là một lợi thế Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng Mandatory / Bắt buộc: Strong verbal and written communication skills / Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt bằng lời nói và văn bản .
