The second is the makers of College Board assessments. You are a bridge between those audiences. Being a bridge means your work is often focused: you write and review image descriptions, review caption tracks, and apply headings to ensure every test question meets accessibility guidelines. And when we say every test question, we mean it. When it comes to making test content accessible, we are completists. It also means you keep your eyes on the big picture, advocating to colleagues and leadership alike for tools, authoring standards, and processes that build accessibility in from the start and for innovations that position College Board as an industry leader in accessible testing. Represent Content Accessibility, including the team’s aims, standards, constraints, and risk considerations, in planning conversations with teams across College Board, ensuring accessibility is built into all processes, tools, and assessments. Educate and mentor others about universal design, accessibility, and accommodations , such as through presentations and meaningful feedback on work.
