What we are looking for
As a Content Coordinator, you will create and manage promotional content across multiple channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging customer communications.
What you will work on

- Create, manage, and execute promotional campaigns, bonuses, and tournaments from start to finish, strictly following the editorial calendar
- Ensure accurate CRM campaign execution, minimizing operational risks through meticulous checking of configurations and setups
- Coordinate campaign assets with the Design team, providing clear and concise briefs to ensure timely delivery of appropriate artwork
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and local teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment and smooth day-to-day operations
- Keep website content accurate, optimized, and up to date, ensuring all site sections are regularly refreshed with the latest information
- Contribute to style guidelines and best practices, suggesting improvements to maintain strict content consistency across all touchpoints
What you bring
- Native Portuguese speaker or equivalent fluency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in content writing or copywriting, ideally within sports betting, sports journalism, or the online gaming industry
- Experience with CRM campaigns, promotions, or bonus setups is considered a strong advantage
- A keen interest in or familiarity with Online Gaming products (Sportsbook & Casino) is essential
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized personality, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and meet crucial deadlines
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in Microsoft Office, CMS, localization tools, and general AI productivity tools
