New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it. ## What you will work on - Writing about releases, features and updates for our blog, guides and newsletters; - Translating product context into language users actually understand; - Working cross-functionally — inside CX, and with the product and marketing teams; - Shaping how Higgsfield sounds: the words we use about ourselves, how we're read, how we're remembered. ## Your must haves - **English C1+** — the language you think in, not the one you translate into; - Real craft with text in English and Russian: you write from scratch, edit for different audiences, and feel rhythm. You can write simply and you can write densely. You understand structure and know how words move people; - A nitpicker, in the best sense: you see a weak sentence and can't leave it. You notice where a paragraph sags, where an analogy doesn't hold, where cutting three words makes it stronger; - A-player mindset: ownership, speed, taste, and genuine interest in AI; - Comfort with the pace — releases ship weekly and the writing has to keep up. ## Nice to have - Experience writing for a tech, SaaS or AI product; - Background in product documentation, developer content or technical writing; - Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and the tools creators actually use; - Experience working alongside product teams rather than downstream from them. ## The deal - Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow; - On-site role in our Almaty office; - Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally; - Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us; - Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.
