Content Marketing Manager

Job description

Influ2 brings ABM to the contact level. With Influ2, you can act on contact-level intent, reach specific buyers with ads, orchestrate journeys across channels, and make the revenue impact clear. 200+ enterprises and mid-market companies worldwide, including industry leaders such as Snowflake, AppsFlyer, and Capgemini, love our technology. We hope you will love it too. **Who we are looking for:** We're looking for a Content Marketing Manager who knows the difference between content that's worth someone's time and content that just fills a page. A content creator with a perspective that goes beyond what AI can generate, strong writing skills, a feel for what resonates with people, and a sharp editorial instinct. You'll own Influ2's content strategy and execution across channels, from website and blog content to thought leadership and email marketing. You'll work closely with every marketing function, especially SEO, to make sure our content is both genuinely good and effective. This is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys shaping the direction and doing the work. ### What you'll do: - **Content strategy:** Own our content strategy and editorial calendar. Identify the topics, stories, and formats worth investing in, and connect content priorities to our goals. - **Content creation:** Write, edit, and produce content across our website, blog, thought leadership, customer stories, reports, and other formats. - **SEO and GEO growth:** Partner closely with SEO to create content that earns visibility without sacrificing quality. - **Email marketing content:** Own the content and copy for email marketing, including newsletter, nurture sequences, campaign emails, and customer comms. - **Content distribution:** Work with channel owners to find opportunities to extend the life and impact of strong content. - **Editorial quality:** Set and maintain a high editorial standard across everything we publish, making sure our content is clear, distinctive, and worth someone's attention. **What success looks like:** Influ2 produces content that people recognize, remember, and want to engage with, and that impact shows up in the pipeline. Marketing teams see you as a creative and strategic partner who brings strong ideas. ### Your experience: - 5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, preferably within B2B technology or SaaS. Experience in martech, adtech, or ABM is a strong plus. - A strong portfolio of content you've personally written that shows original thinking, excellent writing, and the ability to work across formats. - Experience owning content strategy and execution, from developing ideas to production and performance analysis that informs editorial and strategic decisions. ### Your skills: - You have strong editorial instincts. You can recognize a great idea, spot a boring one, and explain what would make it better. - You're an excellent writer and editor. You can make complicated topics feel simple without stripping away what makes them valuable. - You have a point of view. You follow what's happening in marketing and technology, question familiar approaches, and come up with ideas that aren't obvious. - You're curious about customers, their challenges, and how they make decisions. You know how to find useful insights through conversations, research, and data. - You can move between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. *At Influ2, we highly appreciate a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. So, even if your history doesn't perfectly match our list, we would still be delighted to receive your application and learn more about you!* ### What's in it for you? - Have a direct impact on how Influ2 tells its story and builds its voice in the market. - Own content across the business, with room to experiment, introduce new formats, and bring your own ideas to life. - Remote work flexibility with no fixed working hours; work where and when it suits you. - Unlimited vacation policy to support a healthy work-life balance. - Generous parental leave and other well-structured PTO policies. - A well-rounded health package with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. *We’ve raised a total of $15 million in our Series A round, maintaining a cash-positive business for the past 24 months while achieving 50% growth.* *We're convinced that the diverse ideas and experiences every Influ2encer brings are the key to our success. To make sure our culture and products reflect this blend of viewpoints and backgrounds, there's no room for discrimination here. Our approach to hiring, training, promoting, and compensating individuals is grounded in merit and competence.* *We're committed to offering equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, no matter their race, age, religion, where they come from, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Everyone at Influ2 plays a part in keeping our workplace welcoming and free from discrimination and harassment.*
