Review and manage Contractor contractual submissions, notices, and correspondence. Review variations, claims, extensions of time, and other contractual matters. Support the assessment of Contractor claims and entitlement in coordination with the commercial and technical teams. Maintain contract registers, notices, instructions, and contractual records. Review Contractor payment-related and commercial submissions as required. Coordinate with engineering, planning, QS, and site supervision teams on contractual matters. Identify contractual risks and potential impacts on cost and schedule. Prepare contractual reports, recommendations, and correspondence. Support contract close-out, final account, and resolution of outstanding contractual matters. Experience in administering major construction/infrastructure contracts. Good knowledge of FIDIC \ Saudi local laws contracts and construction contract procedures. Experience with variations, claims, extensions of time, notices, and contractual correspondence. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills. Contract Engineer
