We seek a Contracts Management Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs SETA. **Duties and Responsibilities:** As a Contracts Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of contracts for a Department of War customer. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Development, justification, and execution of contracts and acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Requirement Packages, Statements of Work and other program documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews. - Assisting in the development of obligation plans, P&R Forms and Program Objective Memoranda. - Tracking deliverables, CDRLs and Monthly Reports. - Developing supporting briefings. - Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases. - Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command. - Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations. - Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations. - Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products. - Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment. - Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome.
