Job Description Aramark are recruiting for a Cleaning Contract Manager to manage cleaning services across a portfolio of client sites, ensuring excellent service delivery, strong client relationships, compliance, and operational performance. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned contracts. Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and client expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships.Conduct site inspections and quality audits. Recruit, train, manage, and support cleaning teams.Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and performance. Control budgets, labour costs, and consumable spend. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and company policies. Handle customer complaints, incidents, and corrective actions. Identify opportunities to improve services and grow contracts. Qualifications Experience managing cleaning or facilities management contracts. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Budget and cost control experience. Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations. Good organisational and planning skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.Full, clean driving licence.
