Position Details: Title: Contracts Negotiator Duration: 12 month (may extend) Location: Reston, VA Responsibilities: • Negotiate technology agreements and government contracts, including EULAs, Support & Maintenance, SaaS, Cloud, Professional Services, SOWs, Subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Strategic Alliance and other channel agreements. • Support the RFP team and FED/GHE Sales teams to ensure legally-compliant and accurate proposals are submitted.
