Come shape the future with us!What you'll do:Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process - driving accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement in partnership with the Director of Finance;Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, ensuring completeness and integrity across all reporting periods;Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining accuracy and operational discipline as the business scales;Lead collections end-to-end - serve as the primary point of contact with customers on billing and payment matters, owning resolution from first touch to close;Identify and implement improvements to business and financial processes, using AI and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and scale finance operations;Use AI tools in day-to-day finance work, including reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting, data review, documentation, and process improvement, while maintaining appropriate controls and human oversight;Support external audit processes - liaise directly with auditors, coordinate documentation, and ensure a clean, efficient audit cycle;Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting, providing actionable insight to support decision-making;Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies to support a growing, compliance-conscious organization.About you:CPA-licensed - mandatory;2–4 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm;At least one full-time industry role in a high-tech company following Big 4 experience - mandatory; SaaS background is a significant advantage;Deep, working knowledge of US GAAP - mandatory;Comfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day finance workflow, with the judgment to validate outputs, protect sensitive financial data, and maintain appropriate controls;High proficiency in Excel; experience with Priority ERP is an advantage;Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English;A roll-up-your-sleeves operator - equally comfortable in the strategic and the granular, and energized by building things that don't exist yet.We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.We provide employment opportunities without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
