THE JOB: As a Cook at Jia, you will bring skill and speed to one of the most dynamic kitchens on property. Our four-diamond Asian Fusion restaurant is known for bold flavors, elegant presentation, and unforgettable guest experiences. You will be at the heart of it all. From intricately plated dishes to fast-paced service, your role helps bring the menu to life. This is a high-volume, high-standard kitchen where every plate tells a story. THE STARTING RATE: $18.95 an hour THE SCHEDULE: Swing Shift | Full Time 1:00pm (earliest) - 11:00pm (lastest) ( Scheduled in 8-hour shifts) Off: Wednesday & Thursday Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the business needs JIA Overview THE DAY-TO-DAY: Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards. Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas. Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.
