We’re looking for top-tier talent to scale with us. ## Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development and scaling of our platform. As a key member of our small, dynamic team, you’ll collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless and powerful experience for our users. This role requires deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, as well as a passion for building robust, scalable systems. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about making a significant impact in renewable energy, we want to hear from you. **What You’ll Do:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack solutions. - Build and enhance web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to align on requirements and deliver high-quality features. - Define and implement best practices for software development and deployment. - Optimize application performance and scalability for growing user demands. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. - Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to the product roadmap. **What We’re Looking For:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, with a deep understanding of software engineering principles. - **7+ years of full-stack development experience, with a balanced skill set across frontend and backend. We are looking for profiles that are not purely frontend or backend — typically a 60/40 split in real project work in either direction.** - Proficient in our tech stack: AWS, React, GraphQL, TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, MikroORM, PostgreSQL; experience with GitLab for CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Demonstrated experience in designing user interactions on websites, writing server-side API calls, and integrating front-end and back-end aspects of an application. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of working effectively in a dynamic environment. - Excellent English skills and the ability to work as part of a team. - Experience in leading projects, from conception to implementation to feedback integration. **Nice to Have:** - Experience in the renewable energy or SaaS industry. - Knowledge of geolocation technologies and real-time data integration. - Familiarity with SOC II compliance and secure development practices. - Implementing voice agents - Implementing docs/images editing/annotating with AI **What We Offer:** - A flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work. - The chance to shape the future of clean energy. - A collaborative, high-performance team culture. **Interview Process** - Silver Recruiter Screen - Silver Technical Screen (System Design Interview) - Client Technical Screen - System Design Screen - CEO Final Round
