Job Description: Department Overview The President Office plays a central role in driving the Commerce & Marketing Company's management, primarily in three areas: "strategy formulation," "performance management," and "organizational operations." This includes developing mid-term business plans, managing the company's overall performance, controlling budgets versus actuals, and promoting organizational revitalization. Key Responsibilities - Strategy Formulation: Developing mid-term business plans, improving unprofitable businesses, considering productivity enhancement measures, etc. - Performance Management: Budget-vs-actual management utilizing AI/BI, exploring cost optimization measures, etc. - Organizational Operations: Sharing best practices across the organization, promoting company-wide collaboration, and driving internal projects within the company, etc. There will be frequent opportunities to collaborate closely with the Company President, heads of various business units, and management divisions through activities such as progress reviews of mid-term plans and performance reviews.
