Overview of the RoleThe Corporate Trainer is responsible for assessing the training needs of team members, developing tailored human skills training programs, delivering engaging training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Main responsibilities include:

- Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

- Facilitate Artificial Intelligence (AI), Intelligent Automation (IA) and other technology-based sessions such as VBP or client tools, systems and platforms
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance Indicators
- Prepare reports on training progress and effectiveness for line managers
- Conduct Trainee Performance Reviews and provide coaching when necessary
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices
Requirements
- A graduate of bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- With at least 2 years' experience in facilitating training in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Strong knowledge and expertise on learning design and AI Tool
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and process discipline
